Still happy with my rooted HTC One S running PACMAN (JB 4.2.2), but my next phone is either a Sammy or a Nexus.
Or maybe a Sony (the latest Experia is really nice)

The One S is my 1st Android phone ever, so the whole terminology threw me off : bootloaderfruitlooprecoverytwrpwtf, falshimageimagebootboot ..... but Im sure you are already familiar with the Android universe

Yeah you're not gonna use it everytime because you'd be a ing , but it's nice to have features that are there for you to tap when the situation needs it.
Got mine today, running SlimROM 4.2.2. Phone is screaming fast.

On the One S, it has some little bugs here and there, so Im staying with PACMAN ROM (JB 4.2.2) which is flawless

So far, the S IV is taking a beating from the HTC One in reviews. It's getting beat out in two glaring categories, camera and build quality. But performance-wise the S IV trumps the One.
I really hope they'd change the build quality for the Note III. Samsung is running out of excuses to stick to the polycarbonate material for their flagship phones.
Is it getting beat out in camera? I know its a superior low-light cam but I read 4mpx is just not good enough for high quality photos.
The materials is better and I hope Samsung takes Note (get it?? Lol) but this isn't a big deal for me. My phone goes into a case first thing and I enjoy expandable memory and removable batteries.
Yeah, the ROM is still in beta stage but I haven't seen anything wrong with it so far. I heard bluetooth calls in your car might not work - haven't tried that out yet (BT msuic works).woohoo

Well in low-light performance, it blows the S IV out of the water. But yeah the S IV is way better in any other camera aspect.
Selling my iphone 4s to buy a S4. Best place to sell my phone? Guy is offering me 160 at work.
i'd check craigslist, if you're into that. i wouldn't sell it to a place that resells it because you won't get top dollar, obviously. if you don't do the craigslist thing i'd still check it to see what the going rate is.
