I disagree. Considering the attack happened on Monday and this will very likely end today --- that's pretty efficient, IMHO.

Based off the time & the fact that this guy evaded police through the woods on a bike, makes this seem more su ious then inefficient. IIRC 3 officers of a whole squadron got injured as a result of a firefight with this 19 year old kid. This don't add up.

Except the suspects didn't hide or run, they simply went to their homes a mile away from the attack. Then proceeded to wreak havoc days later. Not to mention their initial leads and suspects were completely misleading and incorrect.

#2 is still on the run in a small closed off Boston town. Definitely not efficient.
