That wasn't a foul on Conley there, but that's what he gets for trying to draw an offensive foul by grabbing Duncan and pretending like Duncan's doing something shady when he isn't. Conley managed to manipulate the refs into calling one like that on Duncan in game 2 (it was one of those 3 Duncan fouls in 30 seconds) by grabbing Duncan's jersey when he went past him.
That foul was just karma imo. . .even though it didn't effect the game nearly as much as that other one did in game 2.

Refs ignore the initial shot Randolph gives players then call the other guy for shoving back. Almost every time he gets one of those calls, on the replay you can see Randolph doing 80% of the shoving, but the last touch gets called. NFL refs do that too. It's not really trying to fix anything, it's just lack of perception by the refs.
How is that not basket interference on Arthur?
