Um, our stars are over 30 and we expended just as much energy.
It looked like Miami expended an awful lot of energy the other night. I am hoping the Spurs will have more gas in the tank.
Um, our stars are over 30 and we expended just as much energy.
Just before they come out of the locker room, Timmy needs to say exactly this
they ripped our hearts out on tuesday. We go out there and rip all those got heat fans hearts in return. Every heat fan there will grab their faces in worry, they will witness their season crumble on their floor. We will raise the larry o brien on their court. And the faces of dissapointment at AAA will be prevalent. And this time, heat fans won't be begging to get back into AAA when it looks like its ending.
Whoever says Spurs are losing are just cliff jumping pussies. Get the out of this website, cry and slit your wrists somewhere else tbh
if we win, game 6 doesn't matter anymore. all it will end up being is "a great game, fantastic finish" but irrelevant in the scope of things. it won't hurt anymore. not at all. we can look back and laugh "remember when we choked game 6 away?"
if we lose, barring the impossible event of an even more heartbreaking loss, game 6 will go down as the biggest heartbreak in Spurs history. i know the 0.4 game itself was worse because of the miraculous shots timmy made, but the fact that this was a finals game and le clincher obviously would rank this #1 on the wall of shame.
On this stage, I just can't see Tim and co folding.
Believe.
time to nut up or shut up.
everyone fall in.
we do this together
If the Spurs at still within striking distance at half time (down by 5 or less), then I can see them pulling this off. I'm really scared of their mental state and the high the Heat will be riding.
I really hope someone else steps up. Maybe Gary Neal, maybe Boris, maybe Manu ... we know Tim will be Tim (25/15). And I think Tony (20/10) and Kawhi (10/15 and great D on Media Bron) will be there.
Pop needs to give Green more shots. They don't have to be 3s, but need to get Green in rhythm. 2 pointers are ok too.
Manu needs to show up. Man, I wish T-Mac could contribute something ... But I doubt he will see the floor.
1 more... Go Spurs Go!!!
Game six was heartbreaking, no doubt. But it was not not backbreaking.
Tonight the Spurs will show that they are a special team and win the le for the Ciy of San Antonio, for us fans, for the franchise, for themselves. Tonight is the night. One more win.
Our hearts were ripped out. Now the Heat face a heartless beast that will not stop until it gets its 5th championship. We are now STRONGER for it.
I'd hate to be a Heat fan Thursday night...
Anxious as , tbh.
Here is one other thing to keep in mind that I don't think should be overlooked:
Except for Ray Allen (lost in 2010), nobody on the Heat's roster has ever played in a Game 7 in the NBA Finals, but of course the same can't be said about the Spurs.
1 - - 3 - - 5 - - 7
Adding to Spurs Legend
My love,my Spurs, bring this song with you as you enter the storm of battle:
"I'm With You"
I'm standing on a bridge
I'm waiting in the dark
I thought that you'd be here by now
There's nothing but the rain
No footsteps on the ground
I'm listening but there's no sound
Isn't anyone trying to find me?
Won't somebody come take me home?
It's a damn cold night
Trying to figure out this life
Won't you take me by the hand?
Take me somewhere new
I don't know who you are
But I... I'm with you
I'm with you
I'm looking for a place
I'm searching for a face
Is anybody here I know
'Cause nothing's going right
And everything's a mess
And no one likes to be alone
Isn't anyone trying to find me?
Won't somebody come take me home?
It's a damn cold night
Trying to figure out this life
Won't you take me by the hand?
Take me somewhere new
I don't know who you are
But I... I'm with you
I'm with you
Oh why is everything so confusing
Maybe I'm just out of my mind
Yeah-he-yaa, yeah-he-yah, yeah-he-yah, yeah-he-yah, yeah!
It's a damn cold night
Trying to figure out this life
Won't you take me by the hand?
Take me somewhere new
I don't know who you are
But I... I'm with you
I'm with you
Take me by the hand
Take me somewhere new
I don't know who you are
But I... I'm with you
I'm with you
Take me by the hand
Take me somewhere new
I don't know who you are
But I... I'm with you
I'm with you
I'm with you...
and please my love, beat the cheat, once and for all time, and show you are the best this year!
go Spurs go!!!!!!!!!!
Here is my coping mechanism that i would like to share with everyone:
Its laughable, but hey, to each his own coping mechanism, yes?
Ok, IM IMAGINING THAT THE CHEAT WON THE FIRST THREE GAMES, THEN THE SPURS WON THE NEXT THREE TO FORCE GAME SEVEN!
hahahahaha, lol
so, in my imagination, our beloved Spurs have staved off elimination for three straight games!! aha
and now game seven! wooooooooooooooo!!!
dont laugh at me, its just my way, love you guys!!!!
i have a french girl staying at my place tonight. maybe she'll bring good luck for tony.

I don't think Neal would have been worse than what Manu did in game 6. Manu was beyond terrible in game 6, and Neal's game (with no Manu, Tony, Timmy) against Miami earlier this year was actually pretty solid until the very end of the game when there was nobody else on the floor helping Gary out and he got swarmed every single possession in the last 2-3 minutes.
I'm not advocating Manu be benched to start the game or anything, but if he's ting the bed again, Pop needs to stop relying on him. He has proven he just cannot snap out of it anymore once that snowball starts rolling downhill.
I would be more than happy if Manu just comes out and plays well. I'm just not expecting it at all.
Pounding the Rock @poundingtherock1h
Referees tonight: Danny Crawford, Scott Foster, Monty McCutchen. Heat are currently 13-1 with Foster.
GO SPURS GO !!!
GO TP GO !!!
Win the game for Timmy!!!!!!!!!!!
加油,马刺!!!
Wait, are you Chinese?
And I agree, go Spurs!
That's a great way to look at it. Only problem though, would be the psychological letdown from Game 6, whereas if the Spurs had indeed climbed back from an 0-3 deficit to tie it at 3-3, they'd have psychological momentum on their side.
Manu will not play like tonight!
