replacing Splitter with any big in this draft
If Kevin Pelton was drafting for everybody:
28) Nate Wolters
58) B. J. Young
What a nightmare that would be.
I have a feeling there's going to be a lot of shake ups in the top 10. This draft is really unpredictable imo. I can of a lot of trades going down.
Watch the Spurs pick somebody you've never heard about, a la George Hill.
I will wait for the condemnation from the YouTube scouts. Then I'll know it's a good pick.
Wow, I remember when Kabongo was supposed to be one of the best pure points.
Steve Kerr @SteveKerrTNT
The inevitable Jamal Franklin/Kawhi Leonard comparisons are being made. I love player analogies based on alma maters and NOTHING else!
Chris Broussard @Chris_Broussard1m
latest draft scuttlebutt I'm hearing: Cavs still looking to move top pick. If they take anyone but Alex Len, it could be part of a trade...
Chad Ford. Is anyone actually paying to read his mocks?
Pre-draft show is starting on NBATV.
Should be interesting. I typically end up having to Google the Spurs late first round picks.
I don't even know if I want to watch the draft this year, lol, I'm sure somehow they will be footage of the Finals shown throughout the night.
Ricardo ing Ledo
Dieng
Erick Green lol
On the way to the 2013 #NBADraft presented by @StateFarm with @vicoladipo.
I wish there was a way the Spurs could draft Oladipo.
Eager for the draft to start to see what ends up happening. I have a feeling we'll go with someone not even mentioned by anyone on here and be a real head scratcher. Hopefully it's not a draft and stash.
Ima lose my if Ledo is available and the Spurs dont draft him.
Ken Berger @KBergCBS
Spurs looking to get younger, more athletic up front. Teams view Tony Mitc and Lucas Nogueira as possibilities at No. 28.
Much better choices than Green.
I watched a long clip on Dieng today. That guy is a very quick, fast, athletic big man. Sort of reminded me of a poor man's Olajawon. Most mocks have him going early 20's. I wouldn't mind him slipping down to 28.
Honestly, I don't see either of those guys dropping anywhere near us at 28. Nogueira's size and athleticism are too great for even the dumbest teams to ignore. Mitc seems ready to play and make an impact now too, which means every winning team who doesn't already have 3-4 legit bigs are gonna be looking at him.
I'd love to have either guy to replace Splitter, but we aren't gonna get them unless we trade up imo.
