    as much as i love manu and want him back, that's way too much for him, he would never get 7 per year on the open market..
    I was hoping for $5m considering the little wiggle room, but I can't be mad at that number... 8-10 it's a different story.

    By my quick calculations, the Spurs could still have somewhere in the $6-6.8 million range in cap space if they amnesty Bonner and let Neal walk. That said, that amount is not much more than the $5.2 million MLE they could use otherwise, so they might not think it's worth it.
