Corey offers a lot defensively. It doesn't seem like they're running a lot of plays. Just high pick and rolls and isos so thats why the offense looks so choppy.
Bonner is going to become an assistant once he retires, he'll be a part of the Spurs for 20+ years.
Yes, he can literally say if you work hard and are a good guy you can be on this team.
