And his foot was on the line...
DeColo brick to end the game.
De Colo needs to hang out in the D-League for a while next season
too bad nando, at least i saw some effort today.
Ok, good night ladies!!
1/9 shooting the 3 for De Colo. Waive his ass!
Nando just doesn't have a place on the Spurs roster. He can't play the 2. Joseph is full time backup 1.
1 thing I can take from this game.
Thomas is looking more and more like the real deal.
Fire De Colo tbh.
Out of a cannon.
At a brick wall.
Joseph was good. Thomas was good. Baynes was mostly good. Denmon showed a lot of heart and deserved to close out the game. Thompson had good moments. Richards had a good first five seconds.
De Colo was De No-lo tonight. He should go.
Well, I am off to play some World of Tanks!!! See yall later.
Well, I think the Spurs at least got something positive out of this game. Thomas is definitely not just a wasted pick at 58. That boy can play!
I hope the Spurs can convince Denmon to stay in Europe another year. I think he can hang onto a roster spot once Mills leaves. If he won't they may as well release his right so he can have a full training camp with someone else. The dude has moxie.
De Colo with 2 pretty bad games in the summer league. And I thought he wanted to play more in the NBA. He wont get in the rotation and there are free agents that would play better than him for a minimum. The problem is that after what he shown so far no team would even take him.
Not only that, but there are at least two better PG on the team right now (and maybe even on the summer league team too with Denmon out there). Joseph blows him out of the water and as much as people will hate me saying it, Neal - should we resign him - is many times more useful when there's someone to hide him on defensively. Given how old Nando is, I would take the first offer that nets me anything in return. Hopefully some other GM sees something that I don't. He looked much better early last season.
Really liked what I saw out of Thomas - seems to have the right at ude and meshes well with the team. I'd give him Nando's roster spot tomorrow if I could.
