Watch out, though, if his putter gets hot he can definitely win (Of course, I'll be cheering for him to miss the cut and melt down)
Already setting up his excuse in case he chokes at the PGA'sAKRON, Ohio -- Tiger Woods got a look at the site of next week's PGA Championship and didn't like what he saw on the greens.
Woods, who met with reporters Wednesday in advance of the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational, played a practice round on Tuesday at Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester, N.Y., where the year's fourth major championship will be played next week.
Without prompting, Woods brought up the condition of the greens when asked a general question about the course.
"The greens are spotty, and it'll be interesting to see what they do because they were running just under 9 on the Stimp [Stimpmeter]," Woods said. "They don't have much thatch to them, so it'll be interesting to see what they do for the tournament and how much they're able to speed them up with kind of a lack of grass."

Crofl yeah just like Phil cried about the conditions at the open
can somebody please throw some water on those greens so i can win
Phil whined, but he adapted and won.... Eldrick will just throw a hissy fit and blame the conditions if he isn't making putts, tbh....
I don't think so. I don't think losing gets to him like it used to. He was ing right there in the mix on Sunday and was saying like "a lot of guys could win this". You in kidding me Tiger? When has Tiger ever expected anything less than a win in that situation? Mind boggling tbh.
I think he misses Stevie. Someone to keep him engaged and feeling challenged. That was an all time great duo tbh.
Much as I hate him, he's (Tiger) due
His level of championship consistency is gone, though. No way he'll ever get back to the days of, "Tiger or the field?"
Idk if there will ever be anybody that golfs like that again. This isn't a sport you just dominate like that. That was nuts.
No question. I'm glad to say I was around to watch that run. Golf has never been more interesting, imo
Jack was more dominant and will always be the GOAT, tbh.....
The only thing Jack has on Tiger is major wins, and Tiger has many years left. As far as getting more people interested in the game, getting players interested in being in peak athletic condition, and of course the enourmous amount of money in the pot for regular tour events these days, Tiger has done more than Jack ever did.
I always thought Hogan was the GOAT tbh
Tont
Little
Choke artist
Funny, the conditions don't seem to be a huge problem for Dufner, Furyk, Stenson, etc..... Tont should put his meter down and work on his putting stroke, tbh
There was nothing to choke this time. The course just ate his lunch all weekend, tbh.
the does being in peak athletic condition have to do with being a good golfer ?
Why don't you google it if you're so interested.
Used google and this is what I came up with tbh:
lol what a great 'sport'
All of them are 20x the athlete you could ever dream of being.
Tont's latest excuse for his chokejobs in majors is that "he has a soft bed and it's giving him back and neck pain"
Funny how this "pain" magically disappears during non-majors and only seems to exist after he loses majors
Never thought I'd hear the day he makes excuses, tbh......he should be pissed he didn't win a major. That's how he always measured himself before.
He's starting to sound like Manu.
those fat 'athletes' couldnt even run one lap around a track tbh
It's true. They all have great flexibility and hand eye.
And that's not even the really athletic ones like Gary Woodland/Rory/Tiger/Westwood/Els. I've seen them in person and they are ing huge.
Sam Snead could palm the ing street from the curb.
