The Clark not knowing who Bruce is easily explained from the first movie alone.
-Kent spent most of his time wandering around the world, unaware of what some random millionaire was or what he was doing.
-He isn't a renown reporter yet. As far as we know, this is his first week there.

More than likely the suit will have kyrptonite built into it.
superman doesnt need to a short range fighter, he has the tools to be a long range fighter like blowing cold air into batmans ass or laser beam eyes...

That was cringe worthy.
So Superman pinky punched Batman in this trailer and he went off like a projectile. Metal suit or not that would kill any human just based on the speed he went off. The Gs he would suffer would be the end of him. Let's not even talk about the actual landing. Superspeed+Gs+land crashing=death x10.
