I don't see how it could be linked with a training camp invite.

After a little web search, Maggette has attended previous previous events for the "make a wish" foundation which is the beneficiary of this charity game. Props to him to travel to France for that kind of event.

What did Tony and Boris say in the locker room during half time?

Tony spoke to Antoine Diot (the player who hit the 3 with 0.9s left) and told him that he shouldn't raise his arms like that after the shot because it gives Lithuania some fuel. They had to stay focus until the end and give nothing that could give them some extra motivation.

Boris said that Lithuania is in the same exact situation than they were against Spain and that they will come back at full speed. It is now a mental game. They had to keep their rhythm and not play at a slow pace just to keep their margin. They must keep playing the same way.
