You got me. I praised his 3 clutch throws which did not result in a game winning TD. Lefty, you win.
    I always win

Looked a lot like the pre-blackout Super Bowl, honestly. Even the lightening delay couldn't help them this time.

Also, can we cut all the talk about Boldin being a number-one receiver now? Honestly the fact is that his faults were really on display during this game. He's a great receiver so long as he's uncovered or if his quarterback knows how to throw to him. But he's not a make-or-break player.

    I agree, tbh..

Green Bay had a horrible game plan against him last week, exacerbated by having to play their 2nd string CB/Safety due to injuries to their starters..

Wilson with a QB rating of 60 and Kap with 20

I love how this "read option qb" crap is just code for defense and rushing

Exactly. Don't get me wrong; Boldin would be great to have in Baltimore right now. But he can't get separation anymore. So he sucks against man when covered by above-average corners. If Flacco were in the game instead of Kaep, he would have been able to get some of those balls to Boldin because he knows where to throw it to let Q out-muscle the defender. Boldin also had the benefit of Torrey Smith taking a lot of safeties off him. The 49ers don't have that type of deep threat, especially if Davis is sidelined.

I need AJ Green to have a solid game. Avenge your last performance against PIT, AJ.

His receivers suck, but damn how can you run on 3rd and 8 in the NFL

Agreed. Although Brown is decent. Either way, you have to rely on a vet QB like Ben to make throws in that situation.

Ben getting the Romo treatment so far. Don't trust him to throw on 3rd down so far.

I believe Pete Carroll will put the pedal to the metal, but at the same time try not to embarrass his buddy Gus Bradley.

My goodness, Dalton is horrific today. Worst I've seen him play. His throws are not even close right now.
