UCLA isn't that much better historically but they still are...due to a streak of 8 bowl wins in a row between '83 and '91. I'd say at least 15 of those are significantly ahead of Aggie...and the other 9 can be debated ahead. So saying they are historically a fringe top 25 team is not unreasonable.
