When Spurs beat Miami to win their 5th championship this Summer, it will probably be the greatest comeback in NBA history. For a team that nobody gave a chance to overcome 2013's horrible, gut shot meltdown of epic proportions is just this side of a sports miracle. I am a big homer, with the most rose colored glasses one can ever possess, and even I did not think that SA would come back and secure the best record in the NBA in less than one year. Mad props to this team and coaching staff for their perseverance. I think if they do get in Finals against Miami, they will have most of the NBA fans rooting for them.

It's quite amazing what the Spurs players & coaches have done this season, they came in focus and grabbed the best record in the league. Honestly I did not re-watched game 6 until late October and even then I stopped the game with 28 seconds left!!!! lol
i still haven't re-watched it. haven't seen it or game 7. no need to. don't ever want to see them again.

Why would a Spurs fan rewatch any NBA Finals action? That's the equivalent of slitting your own wrists...

    6. and 7 proved how important HCA is in the playoffs and that is why I'm glad that if we make it that far, we've got it.

I don't think those miracle shots would have fallen if they weren't in Miami tbh. Either way, we've got to forget about it and move on to these playoffs.

I don't think HCA was the difference in the series..when there's 28 seconds left and you have the game all but wrapped up, it should be over, no excuses..

The Spurs choked, it was historic..Pop, Tony and Manu will make up for their mistakes, hopefully..

I never watched any of the post game interviews etc for games 6 and 7 last year. If the incredible happens and we win the le this year, I think I'll find and watch them, for closure or something, just to bring things full circle. But those last two games...no chance I'll ever watch them again.

Never should have been a game 7 and he was one of the few to actually show up. Kawhi showed too, those two are safe imo.

Same here. Those last two games were entertaining, great basketball. Sure, it came at the expense of the Spurs but those games were memorable.

I was reading that Tim was involved in a major single car accident tonight, and I feared the worst till I read that Pop pulled him out just before the whole thing went up in flames.
