Just get yourself a USB audio interface and plug some headphones you like into them. Will be louder than you can safely handle
I am currently using an M-Audio M-Track 2x2 with some Sennheiser HD 280's and it's perfect for gaming.
what u guys think of onboard sound? volume is still to low for me
might pull out the sound mixer and plug it into pc instead of buying a new soundcard...
what headphones u guys using with pc/gaming?

baseline bum
I finally pulled the trigger on the Nvidia Shield Pro.. They review bombed the living out of it on Amazon because it has ads on the main screen now, but coming from a ty Fire TV Stick it's the same concept. Doesn't bother me at all.
Wasn't it you who told me the Tegra X1 is the same chip in the Wii or some ? I'm loving the upgrade so far.. all of my TV/streaming apps are blazing fast and responsive now, even the notorious HBO Max which is overkill graphically w/ their GUI. I'm running MAME4droid, REDREAM, ePSXe, Mupen64 and all the cores included in Retroarch and everything runs perfect with upscaled resolutions and HD filters on.
The only game I haven't been able to get running is Killer Instinct 1&2 on MAME
Nah man, not the Wii, it's the same chip as in the Switch but clocked at twice the speed since it's not shoehorned into a mobile form factor. Also, does Android have DuckStation? That's probably the best PS1 emulator these days. You should see how well Dolphin runs on the Shield. I think some Gamecube games can run alright on Dolphin on Switch and like I said earlier, Shield cpu/gpu is Switch but clocked twice as high.
Also, don't forget to check the PPSSPP emulator for PSP. That's supposed to run really well on it.
Yeah, I believe Duckstation has an android version.. the vids I've watched show the Shield is about the only Android device that can run PSP games this well.. I just don't have any PSP games I really wanna play except maybe God of War, but that's one of the few that runs like ass
I would have recommended the PSP Ghosts and Goblins, but a new and better one just came out on PC. Loco Roco is pretty funny on PSP though.
Also there is a port of Super Mario Galaxy that Nintendo released for the Shield in China, no motion controls. Might be worth seeing if you could pirate it.

Updated to Big Sur and the sound went to , like I blew out my internal speakers. My buddy whom has owned many Apple products laughed and said that's classic Apple move to get me to bring in for repairs.
I will downgrade to older version and see if this was direct result of the update.
God of War coming to PC on January 14th. Get in here DJR210, 140, TimDunkem, Cry Havoc, RandomGuy, DMC, hater, Joseph Kony, resistanze. Do not ing miss this game.
Definitely gonna do it.
Never played it, is it any good tbh?
I still personally think it's the GOAT game, and that's before having a bias about it.
Nice, had been thinking of replaying it again but I guess i'll just wait til i can play it on PC instead
They could have at least given us Elden Ring as a going away present
You'll get it in 40 minutes. There is no Denuvo on it.
Game just went live on Steam. Should be up on r/Crackwatch within the hour
EDIT: Oops, crack by PLAZA has already been announced
damn...RIP in peace tbh
Well their subgroup PLAZA published Elden Ring last night as their final release too. Awesome game but it performs like complete crap for me on PC, but it might be my old ass cpu.
Looks like it's a good time to buy video cards if you're in need. The crypto crash apparently has made them readily available for cheap.
