I said a few weeks ago that he needed to get out if his head was someplace else. Whatever is going on his mind is elsewhere so I wish him luck.. It's been an honor to watch his career.

Thx and for Condit IMO only Woodley makes sense now

It's been a real blessing to watch him fight. And I applaud him actually vacating the belt rather than just taking an extended leave of absence while we have "interim" champions.

    Good luck, GSP!

Condit can be champion and I hope he gets it.. He should be getting the shot with Johny IMO who will probably use his wrestling to beat Lawler. 5 rounds with Condit and Hendricks will be epic..

If GSP does come back I would expect it to be in about 1 year or he won't ever return. Even though he said he is going to keep training and helping out at Tri-Star at 32 the clock is ticking for him to take this time off and still come back to compete at a high level..

I completely agree. If he doesn't come back in that time frame he never will - he'll lose that need to compete.

Even if he doesn't come back, GSP is the arguable the greatest MMA fighter of all time. Always a professional and forced every fighter to get better. The man is a legend - he single handily made MMA mainstream.

I hope that I can watch at least one more time.
