I'm not sure if Texas is still currently recruiting RB SoSo Jamabo but he had a monster games this past week. The 6'3", 210-pound playmaker erupted for 484 yards and six scores on 31 carries in a 49-31 win.
Haven't they said in basically every update that UT would be a serious threat if we just called the guy? I'm fine with Brossette or Warren, but I hope this isn't one we regret.
Don't kill me, Pop....
Inside Texas saying WR Jaxon Shipley sustained a concussion in the BYU game and shouldn't be playing against UCLA.
CB Isaac Warren of Tyler John Tyler says he will be at the UCLA game.
S Josh Turner tweeted he's returning to the team this week.
Plano (Texas) West running back Soso Jamabo just completed his official visit to Notre Dame and he left with the belief that he could see himself playing for the Irish.

Not a thing. It's almost like he's not on the team.
UT released the following statement on WR Jaxon Shipley's injury:
Longhorn senior WR Jaxon Shipley sustained a head injury during the BYU
game and is questionable for Saturday's game with UCLA. "Jaxon is being
evaluated, treated and is currently going through our rigorous return to play
protocols," Texas Head Athletic Trainer for Football Anthony Pass said.
Some positive new during a week that has been mostly about BYU.
Per the LSU site on 24/7, they believe that, of the 3 runningback commits they have, Nick Brossette is the one most likely not to sign with LSU. They have sources close to him and to University Lab, that feel he would end up signing with Texas over LSU as things is today. Apparently Brossette has been through a lot with his family, so he is looking to make the best decision for them. Texas sells him on early playing time and lots of carries early in his career, which LSU can't with Fournette.
