Believe you meant he would visit Texas as I've just seen reported.
Per Rivals, TE Chris Clark of Avon, CT says he will take an official visit to Texas if Brady Hoke is fired:

24/7 says that the info regarding a potential visit comes from a Texas commit that has been in contact with Clark. Interesting. The Michigan mods says that Clark has reached out to the Texas staff "for sure". They can also confirm that he has "strong interest in Texas".
So Clark (the 2nd ranked TE per the Composite rankings) has strong interest in Texas but no offer or contact with the staff. Devonaire Clarington (the 4th ranked TE per the Composite rankings) has a "10 out of 10 interest" in Texas but hasn't heard from them in weeks. WTF is Bruce Chambers doing?! Thank god there is some talk about him being out after this season.

Yes, I edited it.
Anyone have the list of visitors for this weekends game against Baylor?
My core values are "look the other way" and "win".
I'll never understand that
Something to do with the fair? I don't really get it either.
Nothing like a mostly hung over crowd!
it would be nice to see the OU/texas game go prime time one day. the only time i used to love morning games was when i was on campus at a&m and even then, it was only the ones with the nice fall weather that i really liked.
Per 24/7, Texas has offered 2016 DE Erick Fowler of Manor:

Some notes from Inside Texas...
-OL Dom Espinosa is likely done with football. He's supposedly been talking about going into coaching and is already starting to lose a good amount of weight like OL Josh Cochran did last year before ultimately retiring.
-they still feel strongly that RB Daje Johnson will play against Baylor.
-they aren't expecting OL Desmond Harrison back at all as he's reportedly been very frustrating for the coaching staff to deal with even while suspended.
I will definitely post something towards the end of the week.
The 24/7 A&M site had an update on Malik Jefferson. Let's just say that is wasn't an update that A&M fans wanted. Most of them seem to believe that they are on the outside looking in and that he is headed to Texas. Only the most stubborn and delusional (I'm not trying to call out the entire fan base, but there is a handful of posters who are delusional. Even the A&M fans doesn't like them) thinks he ends up at A&M. I don't really get why, because there wasn't anything in the update that suggested he was going to Texas. It was very political. He said all the right things.
The only "new" (Jeff Howe and Hamm had a HUGE update yesterday on him), is that he is looking at Oregon, USC, LSU and Notre Dame for potential official visits. As we know, he won't use a OV on a school within driving distance. His moms birthday is the "Red River Rivalry"-weekend and she says she would love to spend it in Dallas for the game. The most interesting thing though, is that if Malik himself can't come to a decision, his father is the one who'll make the decision for him. His mother LOVES Texas, but no one really knows who his father likes.

Does anybody know the rules regarding unofficial visits? Can you, as a recruit with an offer, go to a school and sit with "neutral" fans or do you have to sit with the home teams visiting recruits?
His mom makes no secret that she loves the horns. His parents also say he will make his own decision and he said on the field performance was big for him this year. I don't know which way this one goes, it's definitely been interesting thus far, but I definitely hope we land him.
If Strong can pull off a Jefferson commitment with the clown show he's having to direct, that would be a miracle.
Also from Inside Texas...true freshman OL Elijah Rodriguez is taking first team reps at guard since OL Sedrick Flowers was injured during the Kansas game.
24/7 saying CB Holton Hill of Houston Lamar will be in attendance Saturday.

at this point, i'd say any one's guess is as good as any out there. would be amazing to have him, garrett and mack all on the front seven at the same time though.
