I don't see us hanging on to him.
Per OrangeBloods, WR John Burt of Tallahassee, FL will be at Auburn this weekend for their game against A&M.
I don't see us hanging on to him.
I've already counted him as being gone. I look to our WR position for next year and think we have some talent with Foreman, Leonard, Bernard, and Joe to go along with M. Johnson, D. Johnson, J. Warrick (that's not even including Oliver or G. Gray in that mix). Would be nice to have a another big, physical WR (like Leonard could be), but I think we will be ok at that position especially if we can nab Clark, Gragg, or another top TE
I ran across these impressive stats for 2015 RB Chris Warren:
In Chris Warren's last game he erupted for 471 yards on 34 carries. He went the distance on 4 of at least 60 yards and scored 6 times. He now has 1,879 rushing yards and 29 total touchdowns on the season.
I'll never understand why a premier WR would even look at a predominantly running team. Or a premier RB look at a passing team.
But they do and will continue to do.
And despite how terrible Texas' offense has been, John Harris has the most receiving yardage in the state and more than anyone at Auburn.
His father wants him at Auburn, apparently.
That kid's been playing out of his mind.
Tech has a small shot at him....
Sounds so shady
Malik Jefferson will be at LSU this weekend. Unfortunate but not much of a surprise.
Two visitor related notes for the weekend...
-Per OrangeBloods, both Johnson brothers (Kirk and Collin) will be in Austin this weekend.
-24/7 saying OL Connor Williams and OL Garrett Thomas won't be in town for the West Virginia game at the request of the staff. Coaches want them in town after the season, so their official visits are being re-scheduled.
Kris Boyd just tweeted on his locked account, that he'll visit Texas this weekend.
Nice.
Inside Texas saying it's an unofficial visit and brother, DeMarco, will likely be with him.
Per 24/7, DT Daylon Mack and LB Malik Jefferson will be visiting LSU this weekend.
Per 24/7, ATH Deshawn Capers-Smith of New Orleans, LA claims Texas has been recruiting him hard even though he's been committed to A&M since February.
Inside Texas mentioned last week they're hearing this is a guy A&M would be ok with losing as they feel they took his commitment too soon.

A good article by HornsDigest about the most important recruits at the West Virginia game.

OrangeBloods reporting CB Holton Hill will be in Austin this weekend.
And repe ive for Auburn.
Per 24/7, S Ronnie Harrison of Tallahassee, FL will be re-scheduling his official visit to Texas.
No reason given in the report.
Per 24/7, CB Keivon Ramsey of Converse Judson has de-committed from Texas.
Interesting move since he hasn't played a down this season due to his torn ACL.
Wonder if the staff encouraged that one. Doesn't seem to make a lot of sense.
