#11 - Arizona - Jesse Scroggins ... 4-star in 2010 ... played CC ball for a year and was red-shirted in 2010... should have 1 year left???
And that is the only top 25, Senior, backup quarterback that was a 4-star recruit out of HS that I am finding. I am assuming that this backup played at some point this year.

saw several things saying it could be Connor Brewer. He would have easily been the starter this year if he had just stayed, imo

Wouldn't he have to sit out a year before he's eligible to play? Plus he is not a senior...

Just food for thought I know it has no meaning to how the 2015 recruiting cycle will end; At this point Texas has 12 commits in the ESPN 300 and Aggies have 10. This last month will be as interesting as us Longhorns have had in awhile this late in the process. Becoming a nail biter because the class now seems to be filling quickly.
are you sure? the article I read looked recent.....and it talked about him being there for Spring ball.

I'm pretty sure the only DBs Texas is currently recruiting are Boyd, Hill and Fields and I think Texas will take 2 of the 3. I suppose they would take Ramsey again if they whiffed on all 3 guys but it's looking pretty good with Fields and Boyd, not sure about Hill.

It's looking really, really good with Hill. His top 3 is Texas, Alabama, and LSU with Texas considered the leader

nah as much as that would be ideal the offense will look similar only difference is heard can run the option read better than swoopes.............
