At least give the man a full season at the helm before you start crying.Now we're talking about THREE star recruits who were supposedly Texas leans... Get your head out of the sand. I already said we're going to be better and I think recruits will give us a second look during the season because Texas is Texas and Texas A&M will always be Texas A&M, but you're in DENIAL MODEif you think Sumlin isn't whooping us right now in recruiting regardless of the cir stances.

OrangeBloods reporting the Foreman brothers are supposed to be moving in this weekend, but there could be an issue with RB D'Onta Foreman's transcript. The family is waiting to hear from the NCAA.
Frankly I'm shocked to be called out for a guy just outside top 50 in the state. But FYI he posted on twitter about not hearing from Texas coaches in some subtweets, the more outspoken comments he deleted but the point was made. We follow each other on twitter FYI and I know some of his coaches but hey what do I know.

WR John Burt of Florida has a Top 4 that is Texas, Florida St, Auburn, & Miami in that order.
Seems like it's going to be hard to poach top prospects out of Florida with so many good football schools there, but that would be a great pickup.

Dunno if it's been posted but apparently RB Nick Brossette is visiting today.
A name we might need to remember is 2016 DT Garrett Rand of Hamilton (Az.). To my knowledge, there hasn't been any contact between him and Texas, but RB coach Tommie Robinson's son, Trey Robinson, plays cornerback for Hamilton. It might be nothing, but it could be something to watch down the stretch.

Update on 2016 S Deontay Anderson of Manvel from Inside Texas...turns out his uncle is former Texas WR Ralph Johnson who roomed with Coach Bedford while at Texas. A lot of people wonder why Anderson, while talented, got offered before 2016 S Eric Monroe and 2016 S Brandon Jones. Well, Johnson got Anderson to meet Coach Bedford while at the state track meet and that's when the offer went down.
Per Rivals, DT Daron Payne of Birmingham, AL says FSU, Florida and Texas will get official visits during the season.
Says he will visit Auburn and Alabama on his own dime because he lives close and has already been there multiple times.

The 6-foot-2, 200-pound junior-to-be, ranked as the nation's No. 166 overall prospect in the initial Top247, is in Austin for the Longhorns' camp. A high school running back and cornerback, Wallace played his freshman and sop re years at Sealy before transferring to Tompkins this spring.
Wallace says the coaches simply offered him as an "athlete" and did not mention a specific position just yet.
Longhorns LB target Cameron Townsend is on campus.
