Because the fallacy is thinking it is a "group" in the first place just because a few are in agreement on one particular subject.
This truth goes right over some ignorant heads such as Blake who chooses to see it differently for the sake of his trolling, and because he is basically a "follower" with nothing original or his own to add.
But for the vast majority IMHO there is no true "group", just the occasional consensus.

Just as I thought you were referring to Blake at first, and then after you said it wasn't him, I thought you were referring to me, I suppose one of them thought you were referring to him.

You weren't really clear as to who you were talking about in your post.
The attack started two posts after my reply to you. Before that reply you're talking about. As I was only talking to you I could at that moment only assume you were in a group. So hopefuly that answers the question why I said you were in a group. However in this thread I ass accused of attacking multiple people, it's in he in black and white.
But now you're saying that you aren't in a group.
You may either believe me, or not.
But I have no motivation to lie about it.
Accusations come pretty easily and freely on this site regardless if they are true or not.
And trolls run rampant, Blake being one of the more vocal ones, if not also ignorant.
Consequently it isn't easy to have a civil discussion on here, without having a troll muck up the works.

To answer your question, at first I thought you were being critical of Blake, which led to my first comment.
When you said your were not talking about him then I had to wonder if you were referring to me, which led to my second comment.
But then you said you were not referring to me either.
So at this point I have no idea who you were talking about or why you said what you said.
Don't ask me why those others said what they said, because I have no idea, unless they thought you were trolling.

You're not in a group and 2 posts after I talked to you they attacked me. The attack occurred before the post you speak of. Why would they do that?
