If this isn't a joke you should probably be pressing charges, none of that "But he's gay ...blah..Jason Collins..first ever...blah" BS. That is completely unethical and is grounds for license revocation.

Also, any family doctor can write an adderall prescription. Don't have to be in med school to know that

You have to have the DEA scripts and 92% of them won't because its always a risk. You're right, but its a stretch for most as all the internal med people I've talked to just put out a flat "No." The fact that he also wrote a script for Viagra (not controlled substance though) just makes it ing weird
This. You don't need a special license or anything to write a script for adderall. I got it from my doctor within a month of moving to Texas from a general physician.

CII triplicates are federally mandated. Anyone that is giving you anything else is doing it illegally.
Oh OK. I'm sure the pharmacies that filled my scripts in Arizona were also doing it illegally.

I'm actually going to have to do some research on this now, the schedule II script thing is what I heard from somebody else. You may be right.

I'm just saying it's a different type of script than one you would get for Norco or Xanax. You can still get it from a doc and take to a pharmacy to get it filled...but the prescription forms are different.

That's not true in TN, GA or PA. It's written on the same paper an antibiotic script would be written on.
^or AZ, and I know the Texas script rules for adderall aren't DEA enforced. They're at the state level.

I guess I thought that scripts were the same as CII narcotics order by pharmacies. In those cases, DEA-222 forms are required unless you are using DEA mandated software to order them online.
