Astros slap the Yankees and have a Jetter retirement tour send off by pinking him with the first pitch.

Derek overstayed. He can't pull the ball anymore and has no range at short. He is a s of what hi prime was.
It's a shame these will be the last memory's of Jeter... Time waits for no one.......

Maybe.. but for his age he's playing fairly well... Almost at .300 despite his horrid 0-7 performance

Too bad for Frizzell, the Red Sox are rolling.. I was thinking the Yankees would run away with that division since the BJs will choke for sure, but now it's back in the hands of the defending champs.

Sox win 6 in a row after that long losing streak. They are 6 games behind the Jays in the division
and 3.5 behind in the wild card.....Not half way season yet

Man, is Tanaka raw! 10k's on Toronto and pulled within 5 of the Jays..

No debate on whether or not he should be the All-Star starting pitcher for the AL.

Yanks place ace pitcher Masahrio Tanakaon the 15 day DL with a inflamed elbow. A MRI is scheduled.
there is some conversity about how many pitches a Japanese pitcher throws before 25...It seems like
all of them that have come to the US have had some arm trouble and they seem to fade out after a couple of years.....

He's beloved forever in NY no matter what.. Donnie Baseball had next to nothing left in the tank with his bad back at the end and the fans showered with him love knowing the end was near..

Yeah japanese picthers always fizzle out within two to three years. Odd seem as how when they are position players they are consistent as .

I wonder how long till Darvish goes down the tube.
