If Beverley is done it completely changes the series. Portland could legitimately sweep them.

Harden missed a well-contested but good attempt, can't complain with a shot like that

Although Parsons (top of the key) and Rin (wing) could have cut harder and not half-assed it so that Harden could've seen them.

Lillard scored over 30 AND beverly fouled out. his impact won't be felt as much as some think
No, man. You just don't realize that value of good, hard, borderline-dirty defense. If Beverly is out, who else is going to try that slick stuff with Lilliard?

Looked like he was expecting a bailout or something and as usual had no clue what to do when a whistle wasn't immediately blown.... pretty strange, since it looked like they were giving him a little bit of space instead of letting him create contact....

Houston = Bush league. When a guy is limping you take him out, PERIOD. Beverley may never be the same if they let him blow out his knee like that.

Oh please if a scrub like Danny Green can go off in the Finals if handled correctly then LMA, who obviously has more talent, can drop another 40 on the Rockets.
Exactly my point... Danny Green got hot for one or two games and cooled off completely. No doubt LMA has more talent, but do you honestly LMA being able to put up those numbers for the whole series to top the Rockets?

Plus, opponents target LMA much more than they target Danny Green (until TP's unnecessary comments). Anyone with half a ing brain can see that.

Wish the Rockets wins the series, the streak of Portland wins over the Spurs is much scarier, it has been going for like 3 years straight...

if you want to go by trends, then portland is the safer pick. we haven't beaten houston since they got dwight. anything pre-dwight doesn't apply

lol at my sons calling beverley the difference between winning or losing. how about your ball movement? late game play calling? inability to slow down aldridge? lack of a plan to defending the pnr? FREE THROWS??? most of this comes down to coaching

how many ing times is that mchale gonna make us watch that 1-4 low with harden up top? and the pnr at the top of the key with everybody else standing still? morey needs to get that the outta houston b. george karl is still available. hollins prolly wants a job. yall need a new coach badly.

Even with a former DPOY on his roster:

“We’ll have to come up with some ways to get the ball out of his hands,” Rockets coach Kevin McHale said. “We just didn’t have any answers for him.”

Rockets must feel devastated. There's absolutely no way they can come back from a loss like that. Especially with McHale as the captain of the ship

They are already a mentally weak team. I'd be surprised if they recover as well.
