    From yesterday:

"Just like last week, it appears to be a two-horse race between top-ranked Texas Tech and second-ranked LSU – but it got a lot closer between the Red Raiders and the Tigers.

Texas Tech received a pair of strong marks this past weekend from Eric Kicinski and Odaine Lewis, who improved their season bests in the discus and long jump, respectively. Kicinski heaved the disc 63.45m (208-2), while Lewis soared 8.10m (26-7) and is now ranked second nationally in that event. The Red Raiders also saw Drew McMichael vault his way inside the top-10 with a clearance of 5.53m (18-1¾).

LSU gained a little bit of ground on Texas Tech thanks to the efforts of freshman phenom Mondo Duplantis. The collegiate record holder in the indoor pole vault became the second best performer in collegiate history in the outdoor version of the event with his clearance of 5.94m (19-5¾) at the LSU Invitational. Duplantis wasn’t the only LSU athlete getting after it as Kary Vincent Jr. moved up to sixth nationally in the 100 at 10.07......"

Yeah...time to remove SFS as the track and field expert. It's CLEARLY Blake by a mile. This man has been so far ahead on knowing what's hot in track and field and has been 100% correct in his assertion of Tech being THE national power house. Anyone who knows track knows this because of Blake.

Blake and SFS combined have no clue what the sport is all about, none/0.

Neither can talk anything having to do with anything pertaining to track.

    Watch this....

Hey Blake TT is in the Big 12 right? Now guys like myself a real track guru would have 0 problems filling in these lanes.

    ONE MORE TIME

All NCAA track athletes want to be peaking later in June when the big meets take place, not early May. Anyone talking now is screaming....I AM AN NCAA TRACK IDIOT.

These athletes are only capable of staying in peak form for a few weeks. Now think just a little bit, ok?

    Rookies sheesh~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Updated rankings

"Texas Tech and LSU remained No. 1 and No. 2 following championship efforts this past weekend at the Big 12 and SEC Championships, respectively. It was the Red Raiders’ second conference le in as many years, while the Tigers won their first since 1990. Norman Grimes led the Red Raiders as he clocked the nation’s second fastest time in the 400 Meter Hurdles (49.11), while the Tigers’ Mondo Duplantis reached rarefied air and broke the collegiate record in the pole vault....."
