Uh, I can't buy that they're necessarily better than the 93 Suns.

93 Suns
91 Lakers
97 and 98 Jazz (either way)
Here's how they rank by point differential:

96 Sonics, 14 Spurs - 7.8
98 Jazz, 93 Suns, 91 Lakers - 6.7
Weirdly, the stats nerds would say the 97 Jazz were the best team Jordan faced and they would be better than the 14 Spurs.

Are we also factoring that the teams in the 90s ran vanilla schemes that were based around ISO-oriented offenses, too, tbh?..because that would make the result even more lopsided
