This looks like a typical Miami series --- when they need to win, they do.

Like the Indy series in the ECF. Indy has HCA. Indy wins Game 1. Heat take Game 2 and seize control of the series.

If the Spurs don't get a win in Miami, this will be a repeat of the ECF. Spurs go down 3-1 then win Game 5 and get crushed in Game 6 in Miami.

The Spurs are losing the close playoff games against these guys -- not a good sign.

They lost a close Game 6 and 7 in last year Finals and now lose a close Game 2 this year.

Miami has the confidence in do-or-die situations of a two-time champ going for a three-peat. Unless the Spurs figure out a way to undermine that vibe, it doesn't look good.

But I remain an optimist in the face of all facts . . .

Spurs are the best road team in the league and just won a Game 6 playing 5 on 8 in OKC. I mean Miami is a way better team than the Sonics, but they're not coddled by the refs the way Westbrook and Durant are. Spurs have a great chance to take 1 down there and bring it back to SA 2-2.
