No. Not in the first quarter. You let a player as good as LeBron get rolling and it's almost impossible to slow him down. Maybe a little in the second if there is a lead.
I know this sounds re ed, but pop did it in a few occasions in games 3 and 4 to keep him out of foul trouble.

It would make sense but I would love for him to guard James in the 2nd half of the 2nd quarter just to say he defended the King and stopped him in a closeout game
Mix it up. Save his energy level as well so he can score more. I wouldn't have him guard James on every single possession. Green and Diaw should share the load as well.
Mix it up a little bit. Kawhi just needs to stay away from the silly fouls of game 2 - just pushing scrubs down.
Every foul taken needs to be on James. Hard fouls too to break lebron down a little bit.
Bonner guarded him a little too, if you can call it that.
However you've been doing it seems to be working. You don't change what's working, not at this level, not now.
