When they asked him the question on his future he paused. Man I would give anything for him to bring his talents to SA. His pass first mentality fits the Spurs system perfect. We would be hoisting the LOB Trophy for the next 5 years...
A Parker/Green/Leonard/LeBron/Duncan lineup would be sick, yes. But LeBron taking the MLE to join the team that just beat him...

bobby ramos from bottomline, lebron you said that you were going to win 8 championships when you decided to team up with wade and bosh, do you still think that's going to happen with those two?

Not really. Lebron's type of game is the an hesis of what the Spurs do. He's a great passer but at the same time he's a ball stopper. When he catches the ball on the post or the perimeter he tends to hold it forever and if caught in a tight spot he passes at the last second even if it puts his shooter in a bad position at times. It's almost the same as Parker pounding the ball forever before finally deciding to shoot or pass.

bobby ramos from bottomline, dwayne its obvious you can't bend your knees anymore and you've lost some of you quickness. do you think you hurt your team in the finals with your deteriotating skills and lack of passion on the defensive end?

I still would take that scenario. Parker stopping the ball and LBJ stopping the ball is like night and day. I cringe when I see Parker do it, LBJ I would take the good with the bad if it mean't us landing him. Now on the plus side of things while your point is entirely accurate, he would def be that guy who could/would be the go to guy when we aren't hitting lights out. That pass first ball movement is only effective when your outside shooters are on point. Thank goodness this year we had Leonard and and Mills who continued to hit big shots when Danny Green went cold.
