    Yeah, Philly could've had a really good draft. I like the Embiid pick, and I love the fact they got McDaniels/Micic in the 2nd round. But that Saric pick just didn't do it for me.

    If they really didn't want a guy they'd have to play/pay right away, they should've tried trading down from 12 IMO.

    Could've picked James Young at 12. Their SL would have been MCW/Young/McDaniels/Young/Noel with Embiid coming back and several picks in the future.

    Saric pick ensures Hinkie still has a job in the long run. Owner can judge sum of all his actions until Saric comes over, and Hinkie may keep stashing picks. Quite shrewd/brilliant, depends how you look at it
