Clyde Frazier is a professional commentator, right? Yikes.

I'd say not really. I think he just does color for MSG network, no talent/skill/effort required.
He's a famous knick, so his ability to perform the actual job is unnecessary.

He is about as bad as it gets though, has no idea wtf hes talking about (re:in-game commentary)...just throws and cliches against the wall.

Daye hasn't really had much opportunity to showcase his abilities yet. Don't know why you guys are lumping him in with errors. We're talking 13th man material here so you have to keep your expectations in check.
