Source: A sign and trade appears to be incredibly unlikely with Pau and the Bulls given the Lakers' cap situation. The only way a sign and trade could realistically work is if Nash is moved. It appears more and more likely Pau may sign with the Spurs.

It's risky adding one of the worst defensive bigs in the league that is known to complain about his role/touches, but hopefully the offensive chemistry/talent will negate the concerns..

If he's willing to sign with the Spurs over Chicago, I'll assume that he's cool with his potential role in SA..
