Most of our properties are on pre-selling stage but I assume, based on your statement, that you are looking for one that is ready for occupancy? Also, may I know what location you are specifically looking to buy a property at? Greater Manila Area is too broad. Don't buy SM. Poor build quality. Take a look at some of the mid end projects of DMCI. Aveo of Ayala also is launching condos in that price range.
Your best bet is to go south a bit and take a look at some of the single detached and town house developments coming up there. Cost of land in the greater metro area is just getting ridiculous.
Other than that, 8990 Holdings is launching some condo projects in Makati and Mandaluyong that are in that range, if you really want city living.
Also look for projects of small developers in areas like Barangay San Antonio in Makati or New Manila in the San Juan area. You find some decent new or newly renovated row house style townhouse projects.
Avoid City Land projects. Poor resale value.
