His battles with depression were not secret. Sorry to see him go this way but it seems to be a funnyman you have to have demons so thick you can't shake them w/o drugs or suicide or some other destruction.

My favorite was The Birdcage---one of the funniest movies I've ever seen. But he had a dark side too, he made my skin crawl in One Hour Photo and Insomnia. RIP

Good will hunting...loved that role.

Never found him too funny, but loved when he toned it way back and showed his acting chops.
