looks amazing imho
The clock is ticking on Dirk. He's got 2 and a half seasons left in his career.
looks amazing imho
Did I say you can post?
You don't think Memphis is in the top 8?
I understand why they did it. Just stating that it's gonna be some dry years once he hangs them up for the Mavs.
Dallas has done just fine when it comes to team building and roster management. How many teams have won a le in the last 30 years? Like 7? Dallas is one of them. They're not the ing BobHornecats.
They've done a good job retooling on the fly from where they were two years ago when Mike ing James was starting at PG for this team. It was a mistake to let Tyson go the first time and chase Dwight/Deron pipe dreams, but overall I like the moves they've made since that season ended.
If they stood pat this year they would have finished 7 or 8 and been escorted swiftly out of the first round. Funny thing is, I think this year's team pre-trade was better than last year's squad...but the West is just too tough this year that they simply didn't improve enough. You just can't trot out Jameer Nelson and expect to hold your own when you're going up against Curry/Klay, Lillard, Parker, CP3, Conley, Harden, Westbrook.
This makes them better and doing it now gives them 4 months to work out chemistry before the playoffs start. Wright is a nice player, but he's a niche player and not somebody who can hold his own defensively against the bigs in the West. He was a good backup C but this is a no brainer to significantly upgrade at your team's biggest weakness.
I've never seen a got like N0 Lyf3 CaTs try so hard after getting exposed day in day out.

But the Spurs got Kawhi by trading George Hill, who was drafted in the late 20s. So, in a sense, the Spurs did get him with a delayed late 20s pick.
That's what I thought
LOL as a 10th man, not relied upon to be a star
Good call:
1) Mavs
2) Spurs
3) Golden State
4) Clipps
5) Grit-n-Grind
6) Rockets
7) tlongs
8) Suns
If this holds true Clipper Nation=Fcked
Just my 2 cents but I think nelson is a better player than rondo....and a better shooter....maybe rondo can play better d but as for offense he pretty much blows
RJ was not brought in to be a star...We had stars already. He was brought in to spread
the floor. We dumped him as fast as we could when it didn't work out. He has been on what,
4 teams till the Mav's picked him up to be the man off the bench. Another Spurs dumpster find
dive by the Mav's......Why do you think we leave the lid unlocked.......
Pop going to hack-a-Rondo. I like the move for the mavs. Their team is built to win now. I don't think they had enough. Probably won't get to the Finals, but you never know.
I'll just bet you do.
I'm just happy kobe took the 48.5. Rondo could have been a laker.
You always thought he was total . I'm the only one who ever praised him and valued him. Now, NOW, now everybody is on the in' train.
Ya s.
Never said such.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
biggest irony is the thread was started by a bitter Lockets fan
