This game definitely wasn't Westbrook fault tbh
He could've carried them if he had played smarter in the last 2 minutes though

Problem is he never plays smart plus he shot 43 times
Thats why he is a cancer
Durant would bail him out when he was there but no more Durant
GOD DAMN
Russ became the 1st player in NBA history to score 45 in 3 straight elimination games
Like I keep saying, all he does is consistently make history..salute to Adams, Grant and Felton for showing up, as well..
And not get out the first round. Except booted out.
Nobody remembers or cares about being eliminated in the 1st round vs. Conference finals other than hardcore basketball fans
There's only 1 winner at the end of the season..
Same old Westbrook.
43 shots in an elimination game. 19 three point attempts.
That is not how you win playoff games. And yet everyone is talking about how he played his heart out .
Same old Paul George.
2-14. More turnovers than points.
That is not how you win playoff games. And yet everyone is talking about how it's all WestBRICK's (haha, get it?) fault!
the only ones that matter
as many airball threes late game as you could hope for
Always someone else's fault, eh?
And yet...somehow, Westbrook is the only person left on that team of losers, while Durant has an FMVP and Harden is getting his own MVP this year.
George carried this team just to get to game 6. And he's gone this summer, leaving Chuckbrook and the corpse of Melo to rot.
Steven Adams needs to get a ticket on the first bus out of that hole, tbh.
Did you see that PG got the no call just like Brent Barry did many years ago? What's up with no calls at end of games?
Meh. Stop it man.
Lol 43 shots. Lol still bricking hero shots at end of game.
19 shots. 7th most ever taken in NBA history.
From a career 29% 3 point shooter.
ing brilliant.
Nobody is going to care about Westbrook scoring 45 points in three straight elimination games because people care more about winning than losing in style.
Everybody remembers .4 in 2004 but not many remember Duncan's riduculous shot to give the Spurs the lead with .4 seconds remaining. That's sports!
He's a loser and his style of play will never, ever win anything of note. You can have all the stat - padding, rebound chasing triple - doubles, empty stats and "heart/fire."
I'll take Parker that won something that mattered, played within a system and let other people actually lead/coach/guide the team.
This guy is the PG version of Wilt Chamberlain without the actual NBA championships to legitimize his greatness. Stat s and people in love with the physical part of basketball will overrate Westbrook historically, but his complete lack of any BBIQ will be what most "hardcore" NBA fans will remember.

like people who don't remember 1st round series are going to remember a meaningless comeback in a series that was lost anyway from a ringless loser who always found a way to minimize talent and needed a top 5 offensive player of all-time on his team and two future MVPs just to have his ass handed to him by LeBron.
Yeah, that's precisely the definition of a chucker
Imagine if it was Kobe who shot 43 shots with that % in an elimination game for his team. CN would have created a thread ting all over him
But its ok because its muh westbrook
