Maybe Kawhi's game isn't as valuable against a team like Charlotte.

So is anything wrong with Tiago? Is he sick? Stomach virus? Or just a random DNP-CD?

In the first half, the only real scorers that the Hornets have left are Al Jefferson and Kidd-Gilchrist. They are responsible for the bulk of Hornet's points, and they are shooting well over 50% each. Their game minutes coincide with the minutes played by our starters.

Henderson was 4 of 10 in the first half. Nine points but took ten shots to get them.

Does anyone know how the shooting of the opposition factors into the plus/minus numbers for players during the game? I mean, does that possibly mean that our starters MIGHT not have as gaudy plus/minus numbers as others because when they are playing the other teams' best scorers are on the court, and when they aren't on the court, the other team doesn't score so well?

I mean, is that even possible?

RAPM adjusts raw plus-minus based on who's on the court...

I think he was, as usual this season, mad at Green. Green did an in-place version of a fly-by by leaping in place in front of Al Jefferson and all Al had to do to score was wait for Green to come back to earth.

Lets not complicate +/- by actually thinking about it.

I taught statistics at the University level and managed a team of MBAs and CFAs in a corporate finance department.

    I was being sarcastic.
