Not a very good apology in my opinion. Bad state of affairs for UT.
hopefully this was more effective than all the other meetings they had this last week.

Inside Texas saying LB Breckyn Hager has been diagnosed with a high ankle sprain.
Reminds me of the 2010 Iowa State loss where Mack threw everyone under the bus in the post-game press conference. Team checked out after that.
Charlie did the same after TCU and sounds like the players fired off in the meeting.
Hard to look at this thing and not believe it's teetering.
If you look at every facet of the team, there has been absolutely no improvement. That's on the head coach. It is very tough to say things like he should get 3 years when there hasn't been any noticeable improvement in a year and a half. At this point, it seems like the players don't even believe in the coaches. I'd be surprised to see Charlie back after this season.
TFloss, are there any other details from that meeting? Be interested in what else what else was discussed.
Nothing at this time.
Strong said they had another team meeting on Sunday and tried to get things straight. "Time to pull the team together."
Strong has got to get the out.
Haines shouldn't be the guy calling people out. Bad look.
Smh. This stems from Strong telling guys they don't have to listen to Macks players.
No player should call out the team in public.
Immediately following the presser, instant responses came from young players taking offense to Haines' statements on Twitter of all places.
Charles Omenihu and Armonti Foreman were two that hit the Twitter very quickly after the presser.
Lol Strong
No I agree, just thought it was 'funny' considering how terrible Haines is. Calling out some young players in front of the media for 15 minutes was completely idiotic.
If they really aren't willing to put in extra work, then it falls on the coaches to make sure they buy in. And it makes the coaches look like they aren't doing their job if a player feels he needs to call them out like that.
Nice. Dividing the team even more. Stupid s need to stay off twitter.
Dylan Haines is going to get his ass beat. That is the absolute wrong player to call anyone out. Might as well trot Nick Rose up there to tell everyone how bad they suck.
I'm 100% behind Charlie. He'll get a third year and turn this around, but for s sake, get these dumbasses off social media. Ban them from even speaking to media. Find some solidarity and handle disagreements in the goddamn locker room. You're just begging to have people pile on at this point.
