Inside Texas confirming Strong did do an in-home visit with LB Dontavious Jackson today.
They're reporting Gilbert, Vaughn, Bedford and Traylor joined him.
Also from Inside Texas, they're hearing DT Jordan Elliott will visit UT on the 29th.
Inside Texas saying the staff spent a good amount of time at Mr. Brown's work today too.
Safe to say UT is definitely recruiting the Alief Elsik boys.

IIRC, Lebby just signed a new contract and is Briles son-in-law. Going to be a tough one to get.
We should go out and pull one of the best from the Texas high school ranks as our new RB coach.
I'd give Allen Wilson a phone call. He retired from HS coaching in 2011 but he's said he'd leave the door open to return to coaching someday. I've always wondered why he never got a phone call about coaching as an assistant at the next level...especially somewhere in Texas. He's basically a legend in Dallas/East Texas area and he can coach a running game for sure. All these kids parents know who he is.
They acknowledged that Gilbert probably won't be able to get Lebby.

Scout reporting OL Patrick Hudson should be arriving on campus around 1 p.m.

For anyone who isn't aware, his sister will be going to Baylor on a track scholarship.
Per Bleacher Report, ATH Lil'Jordan Humphrey will no longer visit Cal but Texas Tech instead.
His decision is coming on January 30th.
