Im happy with chinese jumping ship from bitcoin tbqh

Makes sense. No Communist loving negro should own millions in crypto. Makes no sense.

Once china is gone the market will correct itself. But dont hope it reaching 50k anytime soon. It will just steady and roam around 30k-40k for years

When I started saving was going to buy Amazon and Google and they were $400 or something each. Invested in some companies that sell groceries (Pepsi, Coke, Quaker, Nestle, Danona, and Monsanto or something) as I figured they were super safe. They were safe in terms of not losing value but I literally gained like $20 in two years lol. Still have them but have like $6-7 in crypto and its been annoying as . Would be killing if I put all the money into Amazon and Google

It's not too late. Amazon and Google aren't going anywhere but up.

Crypto market has been taking a beating these last couple weeks

Diamond hands here though, not selling until ETH hits 10k. it is inevitable

Not sure where floor is. 22K not impossible.

Still think a lot of the cryptos have mass upside long term.

Crypto is legit for taxation purposes, must be declared over $10,000.

I guess "receives" being the key word or is it "this tax year"? (as in what happens when there were no IRS rules)?

    This is easy to dodge.

Move your bitcoin.to a private wallet ASAP.

Then you have option to spend.that bitcoin for goods (IRS will never b able to track this) or sell them overseas for cash (IRs would never know if done right)

    ChaChing!

I don't give out tax advice, due caution and personal preference, I guess.

    Good luck!

Feds stop an attempt to launder $4.5 billion worth of crypto from the Bitfinex hack.

Wonder what they'll do with the $3.6B they seized.

When looking for someone to launder your Bitcoin, it's important to make sure they drop sick beats. Props to Heather Morgan -- aka Razzlekhan -- for 1) rocking the fanny pack and 2) appearing to implicate herself in the scam halfway through the song.

The only question is whether this will be a feature film or an HBO Max/FX limited series.

Prosecutors said on Tuesday the illegal proceeds were spent on a variety of things, from gold and non-fungible tokens to 'absolutely mundane things such as purchasing a Walmart gift card for $500.'

Same with drug money. They'll use it to pay for the effort.
