I've been drinking this for years. Just found out a few months ago it was mostly water. Still better than milk.

Who cares? I don't like dairy. Even if it is devoid of the protein, it's still a low calorie, non-dairy option with some vitamins added in. Not like it's unhealthy. If people pay a little more (which it's like $3, not a lot of money) to cut calories and get some vitamins, I don't see the big deal.

I like it. I don't do dairy (just don't like it). I use Almond and Coconut. Coconut a little higher in fat, but I love Coconut milk.

I like it and have bought it plenty of times. But a trainer pointed out that it was a synthetic designer milk with some debate about it going on. The fat free version still has sugar. In fact the nutrition label says "reduced sugar." WTF does that mean?

Men aren't supposed to drink milk anyhow. That's why the body becomes lactose intolerant so some of you momma's boys will get off the teat by age 10.

It's too thick for me, but, 2% is just right. It's difficult finding a suitable 2% though. Most taste like the barnyard. We have a local grocer here "Bashas" that sell a fine 2%.

Drinking animal milk is just not natural and not good for you. Seriously...drinking something that a lactating cow is producing for baby cows. Next thing you know, men will start putting their s in other men's butts instead if female vaginas.

In 3rd world countries where you baby sit the cow, you don't have much else, plus your life expectancy is like 34.
