    Season 7 up now.

Nice to know they go by eastern time so I can probably catch up on the first episode in a bit.
They must go by GMT. I noticed it being available around 10:00 CST and got a couple of episodes watched.

EDIT : Deleted comment about Jerry getting killed off. Was kidding about that and he's still in tact.

Working my way through it. Feel like it's a bit of a chore at this point.
The entire daughter storyline and actress doesn't do anything for me.

However, I suppose it's true to Connelly's books - lots of storylines threaded together, some more interesting than others.

It's been a chore for me to watch the last few seasons, tbh.

    Love that jazz intro tho.

Yep. It definitely starts picking up. It's too bad it took a few episodes given that it's only 8 episodes of 45 minutes each.
I've got 2 more to go.

The slow-burn aspect of the series as a whole is a bit up and down. Still a quality show, that'll be worth re-watching in the future.

Another good season albeit a little slow to start. They're already shooting the spinoff.
I will miss a lot of the Bosch characters. I hope they give them some cameos here and there.

When you said spin off I assumed it was a Mickey Haller or Renee Ballard show, but it looks like it is just taken from the books where he works as a PI? Is that really a spinoff?

I was probably lose with the word, "spin-off". I haven't come close to reading all the books. Was just happy to see Welliver continue on. I'm assuming with Overmyer still being in charge, he'll continue to fill spots with compelling actors.

Nah, it looks like everyone is calling it that.

Now that I've finished the show, it kinda makes sense it would be called a spinoff.

I didn't think they were "brutal". But I did find myself messing with my phone during some of them. Most were the late night chats between Bosch and Maddie at his house.

Individually they weren't brutal but the whole collective of them in between the action scenes, imo.

I also thought the whole Captain framing the LT was stupid. His motive for going after her was weak and he was sloppy as in executing the frame. They busted him in like what, 24, hours?

This season was boring as . us Welliver totally mailed the last season in. He looked bored.

What’s with all the lawyer and judge killing this season?

oh yeah…right. That whole story line was unnecessary and that was pretty ridiculous how easily they got caught.

Damn...I wasn't expecting the new series to be out so soon.

Bosch : Legacy on Amazon Freevee (whatever that is).

What used to be IMDb TV. Amazon's commercial supported streaming service.

Correct. Don't need to be a Prime member or anything. It's their Pluto TV.

Looks like the entire original series is now on Freevee, so even if you don't have Prime it's a great time to start from the beginning.

How are they making money if this is free?

I guess this a a decent place to throw this in.
The Lincoln Lawyer series starts on May 13 on Netflix.

Connelly seems to be amassing a fortune.

Edit...seems to be hard to pin down. One site has him at $250,000,000 in 2011. Then another at only $10,000,000 in 2021. Surely he's made well more than that for just the books.
