In high school? no. In college, once, because the neighbors called the cops about noise even though my friend let all the neighbors know ahead of time and asked them to call her if it got too loud. This party was actually on the owners private property though. No trespassing. No failing to comply. etc.

yep. Im not excusign the cop for all his actions but they are blown way out of proportion. And that video unleashbaynes posted a couple posts above is nothing like this. That cop had to people to worry about and tons of bystander backup.
