He wouldn't have been justified because of where it took place dumbass, it would have been because of the non-compliant and defiant at ude and actions of those kids. This is exactly why cops with guns who can't perform in a calm, well trained manner, should not be on the streets with a gun. We've established that the kids could have behaved more perfectly. What you still have failed to establish is the justification for escalated enforcement. Again, this happens every day, but less than 1% of cops react this way. His partners have said he was wrong, his commissioner has said he was wrong, he himself has said he was wrong, but you guys are still clinging to the idea that this is normal behavior for breaking up a group of mouthy teens. No doubt they could have brought tanks in and mowed down 50 kids and some of you ass kissers would say the kids should've followed orders.
