    Can't use TE and cap space.

    Scenario 1: use cap space for LMA or others, or trade into cap space, lose all bird rights on Manu/CoJo and need to fit them into room exception or vet minimums (one of two definitely gone)

    Scenario 2: stay over cap, flexibility to sign Manu and/or CoJo without restrictions, and be able to use MLE (and BAE?) plus trade for player into Splitter trade exception.
