They have to hold DeAndre and Wes in higher regard. They work better for filling out the roster.

Was this supposed to mock LeBron or just happy coincidence?
Im guessing his meetings go into tomorrow if none of them are canceled.
any idea why his max is higher than kawhi's?
don't think they have space for Carrol, Matthews, and Aldridge.
After Carrol, pretty sure they can't even afford aldridge.
Not 100% sure but I think Kawhi's deal is a max for the current Salary Cap, while Butler's is the max for next years?
Just a guess, I could be totally wrong.
is the Spurs meeting over?

Sounds like Spurs' meeting with Aldridge has been over for a bit. Lasted around two hours, give or take.
They will sign the same contract, both are 2011 class. The players drafted in 2012 will sign under new cap.

Sources: Spurs made a powerful presentation to Aldridge by keeping it simple today. They did nothing to change belief they're frontrunners.
thanks, ducks

The $90mm figure rumored for Kawhi and the figure rumored for Butler may have to do with different assumptions around this year's cap. Both will receive the same dollars.
Davis / Lillard figures are based on next year's assumed much higher cap.
