    didn't Bobi miss a flat-footed drop in "shot" ?

whatever, if he works hard, picks up the system, he''ll be a contributor.

his screens are weak , they need to show him how set real screens. (and the guards need to slip by a lot closer)

The Clippers will be a big match-up obstacle for the Spurs.

The Spurs' frontline rotation of Duncan, LMA, Diaw and West is savvy but not quick.

The Clips are big, strong, quick and intimidating. DJ and Griff.

They have big bodies but frail minds.

I could see Boban getting time against the Clips.

Boban's size, efficiency and calm presence might frustrate the out of them.

    He's an immovable object.

I see angry punches and blank Boban smirks.

As far as his potential goes, Boban himself put it best: "Limit is sky."

You make some interesting points. I could see that happening too, as Boban looks like an ugly asshole... He could pitch fits to other mentally weak players like Dwight and Asik... We already saw him get two blocks against Drummond..

He could be a nice family guy I agree but he could be an ugly mofo terrifying his opponents on court, saying bad things and deflating balls with his fingers saying I MUST BREAK YOU!

One of the Spurs' assistant coaches said on the WOAI post-game show a couple of games ago that Boban had a heart of gold and that he was one of the nicest people he had ever met.

He looked pretty good against the Rockets...but it was a smallish lineup (Joshua Smith and Montrezl Harrell).

Boban was terrific in clogging the paint and bothering shots for Houston. His offensive skills and relative speed are already impressive, but honestly, its the one hand catch and pass that was awesome to behold. The possibilities of that kind of touch, reach, and unimpeded court vision... Yikes.

The one handed catch was impressive. The guy should play for the NFL!

We haven't seen him yet play with Manu or Diaw on the court. It's only been Anderson who's been feeding him. Likely a secret weapon.

The pass to Mills also tells you that can be equally deadly.

    Cheers guys!

He's got a little Arvidas Sabonis in his game.
If he's a third as good as prime Sabonis (pre-NBA) we're set.

    He looked pretty good.

He'll have some moments of awkwardness, but as a bench player, that size must be a factor on the defensive end regardless.

Boban is a pretty good athlete for a giant person.

I hope he can get out out the floor on a regular basis this year. He's got some unique qualities.

I worry about the health of big dudes like Conan but all in all I'm happy he is on our side. I still like the way he took no from Cousins and looked ready to dish out a round of whoopazz on that s bag.

If he's a quarter if he's a quarter of Sabonis in talent, we'll have a real pickup.

PPS: The basketball looks like a tennis ball in Bobans hands. Whose hands are bigger out of Boban and Kawhi?

Agreed. He keeps this up he could unseat West in the 2nd team.
TBH Boban and Anderson have owned teams. They have good chemistry. Anderson is more perimeter based than Diaw. Boban compensates for a lot on paint defense, and Kyle provides a lot of creativity from the 4. I like these two. I pretty much like Anderson as a 4 with TD and LMA as well, but of all the combos Boban has paired up with, he has the best chemistry with Anderson.
