That's some dizzying logic tbqh. When Parker gets into the lane he's one of the most efficient players in the league. If he's improved his conditioning and the nagging injuries are in the past, he could return to being a top-5 PG in the west. I don't know why you root against that if you're actually a fan of this team.

If Parker is playing good that only means he's going to make play with his dribble dribble system...never a good thing.

I don't blame him for being out of shape due to the hamstring. I blame him for playing hero ball all the time when he was fat. He had to make sure that he didn't sustain too much damage to his career averages. That's the difference between he and Manu. Manu is always team first.
He sets up the offense and keys good possessions with dribble-drive off pick and roll if he can get into the lane effectively. You just can't handle the fact that he can be an effective player and a key contributor because it goes against your tired narrative.
