It's been said countless of times this summer, repeating and 3-peating are overrated. Next.
So losing the year after winning is underrated?

As laker fans do you admit Boston has been a more successful franchise over the history of the NBA? Seeing as Lakers won majority of their chips in Minnesota

Also for being an ABA team who were robbed of a championship against Washington during the first year of the NBA-ABA merger. The spurs have been highly successful.

Furthermore 1 of Miami's chips was during a lockout season. Automatically disqualifies them from B list since they've won so few, and it was in defense for a back-to-back

Calling Tim Duncan the greatest power forward in NBA history is just laughable, he’s an above average scorer, and defender who is playing in the weakest era of basketball since the 1940s. If Tim Duncan is so good than why is he 2-6 in playoff series against the only two big men of his era, Karl Malone and Shaquille O’Neal? Not to mention both those players where coming out of their primes when they faced the Spurs?
Duncan is 3-3 against Shaq all time in the playoffs nice try trying to spin the truth. Shaq was in his prime in '99 and '03 when Duncan took him out.

So then you do admit that Boston is a better franchise

Furthermore how educated are you logging in to a spurs forum to discuss your irrelevant lakers

My point being Lakers are not the most successful franchise in the NBA.

Don't count those 2 series Duncan lost to Malone. Duncan was a rookie when he lost in '98 to the Jazz and Malone was the MVP at that time. In '04 it was Duncan vs Malone and Shaq so I throw that series out of the window also. If you want to play this game I can throw out the fact that Shaq-Kobe are 1-8 vs Malone in the playoffs.

    throw it out the window.

In that 04 series, Malone shut down Duncan offensively in the last 4 games of this series. 38% FG combined in those 4 games and Spurs went 0-4 A 40 year old Malone lol

Dennis Rodman is the greatest rebounding PF of all time... fact.
Dennis Rodman is the greatest defending PF of all time... fact.
Charles Barkley is the most versatile PF of all time... fact.
Karl Malone is the greatest scoring PF of all time... fact.
Robert Horry is the most clutch PF of all time.

To say Jim is the best at anything is simply re ed. He is not in the top 5 of any major statistical category... (points, rebounds, blocks, assists, steals.) He failed to defend his le 4 ing times while bringing back the same team, or better. He has never led the league in any statistical category... not even once! Out of 18 years he has only played a full season twice... and one of them was a lockout season. To claim this guy his the best at his position is much worse than saying Jesus is white, or Muhammad spread peace... or Jews are the chosen people of God. Its all lies and idiotic.

It was Malone and Shaq double teaming Duncan on every possession after the first two games. Again I can throw out the fact that Kobe in 98 averaged only 10 points and shot 36 percent against a 50 year old Jeff Hornacek

Well at least that would mean we were considered best at something. Jim was never considered best in the NBA. Unless you consider his pillowbiting as a skill.

And they didn't repeat with 3 first ballot HOF'ers..plus Rondo plus a slew of great defensive players such as Perkins, Rasheed Wallace, Tony Allen, & James Posey...

Kobe went back to back on them fools
